Cowboys bring in two more coaches under Mike McCarthy
The Dallas Cowboys are hiring two new coaches under Mike McCarthy as the offseason coaching shift continues. Dallas has hired former Broncos offensive quality control coach Ramon Chinyoung as their new assistant offensive line coach and are adding Will Harriger as an offensive assistant.
This comes after the Cowboys parted ways with former offensive coordinator Kellen Moore, who then took quarterbacks coach Doug Nussmeier with him to the Chargers.
Chingyoung’s first NFL opportunity came last season with the Broncos after coaching high school football in Houston for the better part of a decade. He was an assistant coach at Westfield High School for from 2012-19 until becoming the head coach at Fort Bend Willowridge High School for two seasons.
Harriger most recently worked as a senior offensive analyst for the USC Trojans last season. He is also said to have relationships with both defensive coordinator Dan Quinn and new offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer.
