Dallas Cowboys vs. Houston Texans Thursday Injury Report for Week 14
The illness that has made its way through the Cowboys’ locker room may finally be subsiding as all who were affected by it are now well. There were multiple upgrades in Thursday’s injury report as three players returned fully to practice.
The following players were listed on the report:
Did Not Participate:
CB Anthony Brown: Brown is presumably out for the season with an Achilles injury; however, since he has yet to be placed on IR, he needs to be listed on the injury report.
Limited Participants:
DE DeMarcus Lawrence: DLaw was limited in practice for the second straight day with a foot injury. The Cowboys will likely limit his workload through the rest of the season to ensure his health going forward.
DT Quinton Bohanna: Bohanna was a limited participant in practice again on Thursday but is trending upward after missing last week’s game with a knee injury.
S Jayron Kearse: Kearse was limited in practice with a shoulder injury. He has been nursing this injury for the past couple of weeks, but he should be able to play.
Full Participants:
CB Kelvin Joseph: Joseph did not practice yesterday due to an illness but was back in full form for Thursday. He will likely take the role vacated by Brown going forward.
DE Sam Williams: Williams was the other player out with an illness, and he seems to have recovered. He was a full go in practice on Thursday.
DT Johnathan Hankins: Hankins missed Wednesday’s practice due to a personal issue. He was back as a full participant on Thursday.
