Dallas Cowboys vs. Los Angeles Rams: Thursday Injury Report for Week 5

The Dallas Cowboys have released their Thursday injury report for this week’s game against the Los Angeles Rams. Only three changes to the report from yesterday, however, a player has been added to the list.

The following players are listed:

Did Not Participate:

QB Dak Prescott: Dak finds himself as a DNP in practice again today as his return still seems to be some point down the line. He worked out in a limited capacity off to the side yesterday but is not officially listed as a participant. Dak has been out since Week 1 with a thumb injury.

WR Ceedee Lamb: Do not panic. I repeat, do not panic. Lamb did not participate in practice today with a reported groin injury, however, there seems to be nothing to worry about. Lamb was off to the side working out with team trainers and was reportedly smiling at reporters. “I don’t want to worry anybody. I’m fine.” See? don’t panic.

Limited Participants:

S Donovan Wilson: Wilson was once again listed as a limited participant in practice with an ankle injury. Wilson has been a key member in the Cowboys’ secondary.

DT Quinton Bohanna: Bohanna was limited in practice today after suffering a neck/shoulder injury in Sunday’s game which forced him to leave early. However, his road to recovery seems very encouraging at this point.

CB Jourdan Lewis: A positive change in the injury report from yesterday. Jourdan Lewis returned to practice in a limited capacity today after suffering a groin injury just before the game last week.

TE Jake Ferguson: Ferguson also returned to practice today after sitting out on Wednesday. Ferguson was out with a knee injury.

Full Participants:

TE Dalton Schultz: Schultz was a full participant in practice today once again after only being targeted three times last week. Schultz was limited last week with a knee injury.

WR Noah Brown: Brown was a full go in practice today after suffering a neck injury in Sunday’s game. This looks to be a non-concern as he was a full participant yesterday and has not missed any time.

S Jayron Kearse: Kearse was inactive last week, but he has been a full participant in practice for the second straight day. Kearse has been out with a knee injury since Week 1.

S Malik Hooker: The third Dallas safety on the injury report was a full go in practice. Hooker was listed with a thumb injury.

G Connor McGovern: McGovern was a full participant today and was listed with an ankle injury which kept him limited all of last week.
