Dallas Cowboys vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers Saturday Injury Report for Wild Card Round

The Cowboys released their injury report following Saturday’s practice. It contains a few changes from Friday, with most of them encouraging and one being a hit to an already thin position. The Cowboys appear to be getting healthy just in time for the playoffs.

The following players have been listed on the report:

Did Not Participate:

CB Trayvon Mullen: Mullen was a did not participate for the second day in a row after turning up on the injury report with an illness on Friday. Mullen is OUT of Monday night’s Wild Card matchup with the Buccaneers, dealing a blow to an already thin cornerback group.

LB/EDGE Micah Parsons: Parsons is a new addition to the injury reports Saturday, missing practice for personal reasons. The personal reason was the birth of his daughter. There is no indication that this absence will affect his availability for Monday night. Barring something unforeseen, Parsons will be a go versus Tampa Bay.

Full Participants:

DE DeMarcus Lawrence: As usual, Lawrence was a full participant in practice after being listed as a limited participant the previous two days. The team has been limiting him the first two days of practice every week to maintain his health late in the year. He is listed with a foot injury. The is no reason to believe he won’t be available on Monday night.

OT Tyron Smith: Smith finished the week of practice as a full participant after being listed as limited the two previous days due to a knee injury. Finishing the week of practice as a full participant bodes well for Smith starting at right tackle versus the Bucs.

C Tyler Biadasz: Biadasz was a full go in practice for the third consecutive day and looks to be in line to return to the field Monday night. He missed last week with an ankle injury.

LB Leighton Vander Esch: Vander Esch has also been a full participant in practice all week and should return on Monday from his neck injury.
