Former Cowboys OL Connor McGovern inks 3-year deal with Bills
Former Dallas Cowboys free agent guard Connor McGovern agreed on a three-year deal $23 million contract with the Buffalo Bills, NFL Network reported Monday.
McGovern started all 15 games in which he played for the Cowboys in 2022, playing primarily at left guard.
McGovern’s performance in 2022 was a mixed bag, grading out with a very ordinary 69.3% run block win rate. He was, however, solid in pass protection with a 93.1% pass block win rate last season.
McGovern, 25, played in 45 games (29 starts) for the Cowboys the past three seasons.
He missed his rookie campaign in 2019 with an injury. The Cowboys selected him in the third round of the 2019 draft.
