There were four status changes for Friday’s practice, and several players have been ruled out for Sunday.
On Friday, the Houston Texans released their final injury report for Week 3, and several players had status changes.
Did Not Practice:
DL Maliek Collins (knee): Collins missed his second practice of the week Friday after being a limited participant Thursday. He is officially listed as questionable for this week’s game.
OL Austin Deculus (ankle): Deculus first appeared as a limited participant on Thursday’s injury report. He has been ruled OUT for Sunday.
DL Kurt Hinish (foot): Hinish was listed as a limited participant Thursday and did not practice Friday. He is questionable for Sunday.
TE Brevin Jordan (ankle): Jordan has not practiced all week because of the injury. He is OUT for Sunday. OJ Howard should see an increase in reps as a result. Jordan Akins could be a practice squad call-up this week as well.
DB Steven Nelson (personal): Nelson is not injured. He did not practice as he was given a personal day off. He is expected to start Sunday.
DB Isaac Yiadom (thigh): Yiadom did not practice all week. The special teamer is OUT for Sunday.
Limited Participation:
None.
Full Participation:
TE Pharaoh Brown (shoulder): Brown was not listed on the injury report Wednesday but did not practice Thursday due to a shoulder injury. The injury is believed to have happened Sunday against the Broncos. Brown was a full participant Friday and is officially designated as questionable, but generally, players who get full practices in on Friday will play on Sunday.
LB Blake Cashman (hip): Cashman started the week Wednesday as a limited participant and has been a full participant for the last two days. He is not carrying an injury designation for Sunday. He is still expected to play a reserve/special teams role as Neville Hewitt has been elevated to the starting role vacated by the injury to Kevin Pierre-Louis.
LB Kamu Grugier-Hill (neck): KGH has been a full participant for the past two days and carries no injury designation by the team.
QB Davis Mills (right thumb): Mills was a full participant in practice all week despite being listed on the report. OC Pep Hamilton said Thursday he was unaware of any ill effects the injury was causing to Mills. He carries no official injury designation.
