Houston Texans Thursday Injury Report for Week 11

All nine players listed on the injury report today have a new designation.

DID NOT PRACTICE:

DB Derek Stingley Jr. (hamstring): Uh-oh. That is not good. Stingley was a limited participant Wednesday when he popped up on the list and a non-participant Thursday. It appears very possible Stingley will not be able to play Sunday.

LIMITED PARTICIPATION:

LB Neville Hewitt (hamstring): Positive movement here for Hewitt, as this is his first practice in a couple of weeks. Hamstrings are tricky (part of why I would expect DSJ to sit this week) so I would not be surprised if Hewitt misses one more game. This is, however, a positive sign for him.

FULL PARTICIPATION:

Everyone on this list is looking likely to play Sunday.

DL Maliek Collins (chest): Collins has been getting Wednesdays off normally, just like Jerry Hughes.

WR Nico Collins (groin)

WR Brandin Cooks (hip/wrist)

OL Kenyon Green (shoulder): This shoulder injury is legit, although he is able to play through it. It could, however, be a contributing factor to his struggles the last few weeks.

LB Christian Kirksey (neck)

LB Jalen Reeves-Maybin (groin)

RB Dare Ogunbowale (foot)

NOTES:

Newly acquired WR Amari Rodgers is with the team but did not practice today. The Texans want him to get more familiar with the offensive playbook before putting him on the field for practice. He was not listed on the injury report in any manner.

Newly acquired RB Eno Benjamin said he feels like he is ready to play Sunday if his number gets called. He said he is excited to be a Texan and excited to be part of an offense that is committed to running the football.
