Houston Texans Wednesday Injury Report for Week 12
The Houston Texans released their Wednesday injury report for their Week 12 game against the Miami Dolphins. There were only four players listed.
DID NOT PRACTICE:
DB Derek Stingley Jr. (hamstring): Texans head coach Lovie Smith said Monday that he believed Stingley had a mild hamstring strain and would be back sooner rather than later. Sooner would still put the window at 2-3 weeks. Stingley was injured in practice a week ago. He is not expected to play this week.
LS Jon Weeks (personal): There does not appear to be any kind of issue that would prevent Weeks from being available Sunday in Miami.
LIMITED PARTICIPATION:
None.
FULL PARTICIPATION:
DL Maliek Collins (chest): Collins usually gets the first day of practice off each week, but since the Texans will not practice Thursday, he was a full participant Wednesday.
LB Neville Hewitt (hamstring): The team played it cautiously with Hewitt last week, as he finally returned to practice after missing a couple of weeks. He is likely to be available Sunday.
