Houston Texans Wednesday Injury Report for Week 7

The Texans have released their official Wednesday injury report for this week’s game against the Las Vegas Raiders. Coming off the bye week, the injury report is roughly half of what it was two weeks ago.

The following players are listed on the report:

Did Not Participate:

WR Brandin Cooks (rest): Cooks did not practice on Wednesday, but it is not due to injury. Simply a rest day for the WR.

DT Maliek Collins (knee): Collins did not practice with a knee injury. The team has been carefully managing his injury the past few weeks.

DE Jerry Hughes (knee): Hughes normally has a scheduled day off on Wednesdays; however, he is listed with a knee injury. More information should become available later in the week.

WR Chris Moore (hip): Moore did not practice on Wednesday with a hip injury. He did not practice in preparation for Week 5 and did not play in that game.

Limited Participation:

WR Nico Collins (achilles/wrist): Collins was limited in practice on Wednesday. He was not listed on the injury report prior to the bye week.

OT Austin Deculus (ankle): Deculus found himself limited in practice on Wednesday. He has not practiced for several weeks.

TE Brevin Jordan (ankle): Jordan has not practiced in a few weeks but was limited on Wednesday. That could be viewed as a positive sign for his progression.
