Mahomes limps off!
After being tackled around the ankles by Philadelphia Eagles linebacker T.J. Edwards on a third-down scramble with a little under two minutes left in the second quarter of Super Bowl LVII that resulted in a punt, Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes limped off the field in noticeable pain and appeared to be favoring his previously injured right ankle.
Mahomes suffered a high ankle sprain in the Chiefs divisional round matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars
If Mahomes is unable to play in the second half, Kansas City will turn to longtime backup QB Chad Henne.
