Silvers returns, but Ward among Houston Roughnecks Week 8 Inactives

Starting quarterback Brandon Silvers is active for the Roughnecks’ Week 8 game against the San Antonio Brahmas.

Silvers, who missed last week’s game due to an elbow injury, is expected to start.

Linebacker Tim Ward, however, will miss his third straight game with a shoulder injury.

LB Emmanuel Ellerbe will also miss the game with a back injury, leaving the Roughnecks thin at the position.

The team also announced it had activated defensive back Alexander Myres from IR for Week 8.
