Simone Biles, Bun B part of Texans’ Pink Ribbon Day game celebration for Week 4
The game honors breast cancer survivors and those affected by cancer.
On Sunday, October 2nd, the Houston Texans will host the Los Angeles Chargers in their annual Pink Ribbon Day game. The special event is part of the NFL Crucial Catch mission, dedicated to fighting cancer through early detection and reducing risks.
Fans in attendance will get complimentary roll banners and pink ribbons. There will be exclusive Pink Ribbon Day merchandise available at the Texans Team Store and special discounts on that merchandise on game day.
The will be some major star power at the game as well.
The most decorated gymnast of all time, Simone Biles, will be “Reppin’ H-Town” on the battle drum before the game. Biles is currently engaged to Texans safety and the NFL’s leading tackler, Jonathan Owens.
Fresh off winning the “America’s best burger” competition on Good Morning America, Bun B’s Trill Burgers will be available before the game in the Fan Zone.
The University of Texas Longhorn Band will perform at halftime.
The Voice Season 21 contestant Vaughn Mugol will perform the national anthem, and the United States Army will present the colors.
Five lucky fans will also have a shot at $1 million in the Texas Lottery Chance to Win a Million Dollars event.
