Texans rookies to visit Hope Lodge Houston
The Texans 2022 rookie class will be on hand to serve lunch and meet patients.
On Monday, September 26, the Houston Texans 2022 rookie class will visit the American Cancer Society, Hope Lodge of Houston, serving lunch and spending time with patients leading up to the Pink Ribbon Game Sunday, October 2nd, against the Los Angeles Chargers at NRG Stadium.
Sunday’s game against the Chargers will also be part of the promotion for NFL Crucial Catch, the NFL initiative to fight cancer through early detection and reducing risks.
Houston’s Hope Lodge is the largest of its kind in the nation. Hope Lodge provides free accommodations and support for cancer patients traveling to Houston for treatment.
