Texans waive DL Michael Dwumfour
Wednesday, the Houston Texans announced they had waived DT Michael Dwumfour.
Dwumfour, 24, played in seven games for the Texans this season, recording six tackles.
Dwumfour was originally signed by the Texans on October 13, 2021, to their practice squad. He made his Texans debut on December 26, 2021, against the Los Angeles Chargers.
The Texans announced they claimed DL Taylor Stallworth off waivers from the Kansas City Chiefs as a corresponding move.
Stallworth, 27, is in his fifth NFL season. He has previously played for the New Orleans Saints and the Indianapolis Colts.
