The Houston Cougars basketball team survived a tough test against the Central Florida Knights at home on Saturday afternoon.
No. 3 Houston (14-1, 2-0 American Athletic) overcame a 15-4 run by UCF (10-4, 1-1 AAC) in the second half and made enough plays to walk away New Year’s Eve with the 71-65 victory.
