Harris is a surprise inactive and a big blow to the Roughnecks’ defense. Harris leads the XFL in sacks and tackles for loss, and has been a tremendously disruptive force for Houston. His speed off the edge has forced opponents to double-team him, creating opportunities for his teammates as well.
